Whitelist
Trusted senders whose messages aren't checked for spam.
What a whitelist is
A whitelist (allowlist) is a set of rules that identifies trusted senders. Their messages still go through antivirus scanning, but are not scored by the anti-spam engine and are always delivered.
Adding to the whitelist
Go to Rules → Whitelist. You can add:
- Email address —
partner@company.com - Domain —
@company.com(all addresses on the domain) - IP address or subnet —
1.2.3.4or1.2.3.0/24
Don't whitelist public domains (gmail.com, yahoo.com) — spammers frequently spoof sender addresses. Trust specific IP addresses or your partners' corporate domains instead.
Per-user whitelist
Each user can manage their own whitelist through the customer portal, or via links in quarantine digest emails. Messages from added senders are delivered directly to that user.
