This Agreement sets out the terms under which users may use the materials and services of the website mxguard.net (hereinafter, the "Site").
1.1. Use of the Site's materials and services is governed by applicable law.
1.2. This Agreement constitutes a public offer. By accessing the Site's materials, the user is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.
1.3. The Site's administration may unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes take effect 3 (three) days after the new version of the Agreement is published on the Site. If the user does not agree with the changes, they must stop accessing the Site and cease using its materials and services.
2.1. The user agrees not to take any action that could be regarded as violating applicable law, including in the area of intellectual property, copyright, and/or related rights, and not to take any action that disrupts or could disrupt the normal operation of the Site and its services.
2.2. Use of the Site's materials without the consent of the rights holders is not permitted. Lawful use of the Site's materials requires a license agreement from the rights holders.

The user agrees that the Site's administration bears no responsibility and has no direct or indirect obligations to the user in connection with any possible or incurred losses or damages related to any content of the Site, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources, or other contacts the user may enter into using information or links posted on the Site.
2.7. The user accepts that all materials and services of the Site, or any part thereof, may be accompanied by advertising. The user agrees that the Site's administration bears no responsibility and has no obligations in connection with such advertising.
3.1. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
3.2. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or any other relationship between the user and the Site's administration not expressly provided for in this Agreement.
3.3. If a court finds any provision of this Agreement invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
3.4. Inaction by the Site's administration in the event a user violates this Agreement does not waive the administration's right to take appropriate action later to protect its interests and the copyright in the Site's protected materials.
The user confirms that they have read all provisions of this Agreement and accept them unconditionally.
