The plan is based on the total number of active mailboxes across all domains connected to your account. Mailboxes with no activity for more than 90 days are not counted.
Yes. If the number of mailboxes grows, the plan is recalculated automatically. If it drops, the change applies from the next billing period.

Businesses can pay by bank transfer against an invoice. We operate under a public offer agreement or an individual contract. The license is billed annually; renewal documents are provided ahead of expiry.
