Message quarantine

Emails don't get lost —
they wait for your decision

Suspicious emails are never deleted outright. They land in quarantine, where an admin or the user themselves can review the message and decide what to do.

How it works

A quarantined email —
doesn't mean a lost one

MXGuard analyzes every incoming email. If the risk score is high, the message goes to quarantine instead of the user's folder. Nothing is deleted automatically.

  1. 1
    The email lands in quarantine
Spam, viruses, phishing — all of it is held and placed in the domain's quarantine queue.
  2. 2
    The user gets notified
The user receives a digest of held emails. They can release a message themselves, without involving an admin.
  3. 3
    A decision in one click
Release to inbox, add the sender to the whitelist, or delete — right from the control panel or from the digest email.
